County Attorney

​​​​​​​​The Fulton County Attorney's office prosecutes misdemeanor crimes and felonies through the preliminary hearing stage and handles child dependency, neglect, and abuse cases, as well as adult disability and mental health petitions.  The County Attorney's Office also establishes  and enforces child support obiligations and represents the Fulton County Fiscal Court.

Delinquent Property Taxes: The County Attorney's office can help you set up payment plans for delinquent property taxes, call for more information.

Criminal Charges: Contact law enforcement to report any alleged crime.

Cold Checks: If you are paid with a cold check, contact the County Attorney's Office for assistance with collection.

Child Support Enforcement: To apply for assistance with child support estabishment and/or enforcement, contact the Child Support Enforcement Office at 270-236-0100.  To check whether a child support payment as credited or cleared, clink on the link on the lower right hand of this page.  This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Monitoring Program: If you have entered into a plea agreement that involves an ankle montior or other educational requirements, you may contact Jason Faulkner at 731-335-4041 with questions.  All monitor istallations are made by appointment only and payments are made at the Fulton County Attorney's Office.
