Fulton County Fiscal Court oversees all county business. Fulton County Fiscal Court is comprised of the County Judge Executive and four Magistrates. The County Attorney sits in during court meetings as the legal representative for the county. The County Clerk sits in during court meetings to serve as the secretary of the court.
